At the plenary session the State Duma adopted at the first reading amendments to the Law “On Development of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses in the Russian Federation” in terms of consolidating the concepts of “social entrepreneurship” and “social enterprise”.

In connection with celebration of the International Women's Day, branches of multifunctional centers are working in a modified mode.

How to successfully implement a social project and what grants can you apply for? This will be the topic of discussion on March 11 at 5:00 pm in the House of Entrepreneur (Peterburgskaya str., 28). The event will be held by experts of the Center for Social Innovations of the Entrepreneurship Support Fund.

A seminar on development of competition and practical application of the 223-FZ was held today in Kazan. The event, organized by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, was attended by heads and specialists of customer organizations.

Tatarstan retained the 7th place in terms of gross regional product among the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in 2017. The largest volume was recorded in Moscow, the Tyumen Region, St. Petersburg, the Moscow Region, the Krasnodar Territory and the Sverdlovsk Region. The share of GRP of the Republic of Tatarstan in the amount of GRP by constituent entities of the Russian Federation was 2.8%.

About half of the total population of the Tukayevskiy district of Tatarstan is involved in the work. This conclusion was made by scientists of the Center for Advanced Economic Research of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan after the analysis over the past 5 years. A high level of employment was also noted in Kazan (more than 40%), Laishevskiy, Elabuzhskiy, Leninogorskiy, Almetyevskiy, Verkhneuslonskiy, Sabinskiy, Nizhnekamskiy, Novosheshminskiy districts and Naberezhnye Chelny (from 34% to 38% of the total population).

A meeting of the Expert Council of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Issues was held in Kazan. The event was held at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The meeting addressed the following issues:

“My Documents” state and municipal service centers entered the top 5 projects submitted for the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS).

Another 5 Tatarstan multifunctional centers began to provide services for registration of a biometric passport. These are branches of My Documents office in Nizhnekamsk, Naberezhnye Chelny, Zelenodolsk, Leninogorsk, Almetyevsk. Previously, such a passport could only be obtained in Kazan at the Privolzhskiy MFC, in the near future the service will be available in Elabuga, Chistopol and Bugulma.

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan prepared a monthly rating of socio-economic development of municipal districts and urban districts of the Republic of Tatarstan for January 2019.

In the general rating for January 2019, Kazan, Almetyevsk and Laishevo took the leading positions. Arskiy, Muslyumovskiy and Drozhzhanovskiy districts improved their indicators by 5 positions. These changes are due to a decrease in the level of registered unemployment, an increase in the volume of products shipped and the total area of ​​residential buildings put into operation.
