New adoptions in legislation on procurement were discussed today in Kazan
A seminar on development of competition and practical application of the 223-FZ was held today in Kazan. The event, organized by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, was attended by heads and specialists of customer organizations.
The seminar addressed issues of recent changes in the legislation on procurement and in the framework of the standard of development of competition, the most common violations of the provisions of the legislation on procurement and liability for these violations, as well as on bringing procurement activities in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
This event was aimed at achieving the objectives of the development of competition. The Republic of Tatarstan adequately heads the Rating of Regions in terms of promoting competition over the past two years.
