Today, representatives of the executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan, Zelenodolskiy district and interested organizations visited the Skolkovo Innovation Center. The event was held in order to exchange experience on development of territories. The delegation from the Gebze Organized Industrial Zone (Republic of Turkey) also got acquainted with the experience of managing the Skolkovo Innovation Center and the International Medical Cluster operating on its territory.

Today, Moscow hosted a meeting of the Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Oksana Tarasenko, with the leadership of the Gebze Organized Industrial Zone (Republic of Turkey). The event was attended by the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan - Farid Abdulganiyev.

Non-profit organizations of the Republic of Tatarstan can apply for the grant of the President of Russia for development of civil society. Financial support will be provided by the Presidential Grants Fund. Every year for 2019 and for the planned period of 2020 and 2021 more than 8 billion rubles are provided in the federal budget for the grant support of non-profit non-governmental organizations. This was announced today by the Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, Oleg Pelevin, at a press conference in the "Tatar-Inform" Information Agency.

Applications for the competition "Digital Solutions for Regions" are accepted until March 30. The organizer is the Agency for Strategic Initiatives to Promote New Projects.

The competition will be held in 3 stages.

The Republic of Tatarstan entered the group of regions with a 100% level of implementation of target model for implementation of control and supervisory activities in 2018. The results were summarized at a meeting of the working group on monitoring the implementation in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation of the target model “Implementation of control and supervisory activities in constituent entities of the Russian Federation”.

Specialists of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan visited the leading enterprises of Zelenodolskiy district. These are organizations in the field of poultry breeding, production of plastic products, sawing and planing of wood, provision of day care services for children. Employees studied the issues of procurement of raw materials, sales of finished products, development prospects.

The cycle of preparing changes to the Strategy for Social and Economic Development of Tatarstan until 2030 is being completed in the republic. The main law provides for a procedure for adjusting the Strategy-2030 every three years.

According to the results of January 2019, the gross regional product of the republic amounted to 158.7 billion rubles, or 100.2% in comparable prices to the level of the corresponding period in 2018. In January 2018, it was equal to 158.6 billion rubles (100.9%). Data is provided by Tatarstanstat.
