Biometric foreign passports can be obtained in 5 more Tatarstan MFCs

Another 5 Tatarstan multifunctional centers began to provide services for registration of a biometric passport. These are branches of My Documents office in Nizhnekamsk, Naberezhnye Chelny, Zelenodolsk, Leninogorsk, Almetyevsk. Previously, such a passport could only be obtained in Kazan at the Privolzhskiy MFC, in the near future the service will be available in Elabuga, Chistopol and Bugulma.

The passport of the new sample is issued for ten years and contains complete information about the owner of the document. It can not be falsified or used by other people, since unique information about a person — the distance between the eyes apple and the fingerprint pattern — has been entered into it. The term of registration of a new sample passport through the MFC is a month.

To submit an application to the MFC, it is necessary to submit several documents - a Russian passport, a previous foreign passport (if any) and a photo that is attached to the application. Photos for the passport will be made in the MFC.

Reception, in accordance with the procedure established at the federal level, is currently being carried out in the offices of My Documents by employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs according to the schedule developed by the Ministry.
