Changes to Strategy 2030 were approved by the Expert Council

A meeting of the Expert Council of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Issues was held in Kazan. The event was held at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The meeting addressed the following issues:

1) On the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan “On Amendments to Article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan “On objects of cultural heritage in the Republic of Tatarstan”;

2) On the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan “On Amendments to Article 281 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan “On Culture”;

3) On the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan “On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan “On Approval of the Strategy of Social and Economic Development of the Republic of Tatarstan until 2030”.

The Deputy Minister of Economy Oleg Pelevin made a report on the issues of introducing changes to the Strategy-2030. He noted that the draft law was formed on the basis of proposals of ministries, departments, municipalities, enterprises, public organizations, educational institutions of the republic, as well as taking into account studies of migration processes, inter-agglomeration processes, inter-municipal interactions in the Republic of Tatarstan and numerous events and discussions with all interested parties.

Oleg Pelevin also spoke about the main changes to the Strategy 2030, including those due to synchronization with implementation of national projects.

The draft law was agreed with the executive authorities, reviewed at meetings of the Public Councils of ministries, departments, municipalities, final boards of the executive bodies of state power, reporting sessions of municipalities, citizens' gatherings, discussed in the Public Chamber and with trade unions of the Republic of Tatarstan.
