Issues of state control (supervision) in relation to local self-government bodies of the republic and their officials were discussed on December 27, 2023 at the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. 

Applications for participation in the Know Our New Russian Brands competition, organized on behalf of Vladimir Putin by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI) and the Roscongress Foundation, continue to be accepted until January 15. 192 applications have already been received from entrepreneurs of the Republic of Tatarstan to participate in the competition, which aims to support the development of promising Russian brands in the country. In total, Russian entrepreneurs sent 787 applications.

The company providing laser cutting and metal bending services, LLC Chelnylaser, within the framework of the national project "Small and medium–sized enterprises" attracted financing under the program "Support - 2023". The Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan provided assistance in obtaining borrowed funds by providing a guarantee in the amount of 15 million rubles.

Within the framework of the experimental legal regime (ELR), it is planned for the first time to allow the operation of unmanned aerial vehicles within urban boundaries. The experiment may start as early as 2024 in Innopolis (Tatarstan). This was stated by Vladimir Voloshin, Director of the Department of Digital Economy of the Ministry of Economic Development, speaking at the International Forum of Digital Technologies in the field of transport and logistics "DIGITAL TRANSPORTATION".

On December 13-17, Moscow hosted a large-scale exhibition and fair of folk arts and crafts of Russia "Ladiya. Winter's Tale – 2023". More than a thousand craftsmen and artisans from all over Russia took part in the exhibition thanks to the national project "Small and Medium-sized Enterprises" initiated by the President of the Russian Federation.

The forum aroused great interest - 1,189 people came to personally listen to the speakers, which almost corresponds to the maximum capacity of the hall where the plenary session was held. The charity fair of the republican project "School Business Start" opened today in Kazan. Young entrepreneurs from all over the republic presented their products — handmade Christmas decorations, homemade gingerbread, candles, dolls, soft toys, sweets and original interior items.
