Midhat Shagiakhmetov: effective use of industrial park infrastructure contributes to the development of small businesses from the real sector of the economy

Today in Tatarstan, more than 1,600 enterprises operate in the territories of industrial parks. This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov at a briefing on the results of the implementation of the national project "Small and medium-sized enterprises" in 2023. 

"Almost 62.5 thousand people work at these enterprises. The measures of state support taken in the Republic of Tatarstan made it possible to achieve the occupancy rate of industrial parks at 71.5%," the minister said.

He noted that in 2024, the main goal is to accelerate the launch of new investment projects in industrial parks

"For these purposes, as part of the implementation of the national project "Small and medium-sized enterprises", we have expanded measures to support residents of industrial parks - leasing of equipment to 20 million rubles, a loan for its purchase to 15 million rubles," said Midhat Shagiakhmetov. 

Also, according to the speaker, decisions have been made this year to finance the construction of engineering and transport infrastructure of 8 industrial parks at the municipal level. The development of the infrastructure of industrial parks will allow 900 more people to be employed in the future.

The Minister of Economy indicated that this year the procedure for accreditation of industrial parks will be improved, as well as agreements signed by residents allowing the use of all available state support measures.

At the request of the business, a leasing product will be developed for residents and management companies, within the framework of which leasing is provided in the amount of up to 20 million rubles, providing for the possibility of purchasing frameless prefabricated hangar-type buildings.

It was initiated by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, oversees the implementation of the First Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Andrey Belousov.
