The state program "Strategic management of talents in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015-2020" is approved

The resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 943 approved of 03.12.2014 a state program "Strategic management of talents in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015-2020".

The Program purpose – ensuring expansion of successive system of development of intellectual and creative potential of children, youth and strategic management of talents in interests of innovative development of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The list of documents wich are transferred in electronic form when information exchange between public authorities is approved

For improvement of electronic document flow the order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 583-r about the approval of the list of types of the documents transferred at interaction of federal executive authorities, executive authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation, the state off-budget funds in electronic form is accepted of 02.04.2015.

he presentation of the project of the Ekolozhik Tarym company took place

On April 10, 2015 in "Korston-Kazan" the Turkish company "Ekolozhik Tarym" entering into World Holding group of companies presented the project on creation in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan of a specialized organized industrial hothouse zone. The Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Nikolay Fyodorov and the acting president of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in action. The Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan was represented by the minister Artyom Zdunov.

About realization of "road map" of development of small and average business regarding procedures of registration of legal entities and SP

The resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan of May 7, 2014 No. 302 approved "road map" of development of small and average business in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014 - 2016.

The Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan realizes the most part of actions, and also controls realization of actions of "road map" by other ministries and departments.

The introduction of the best seminar the practician within the National rating of a condition of investment climate took place

On April 10, 2015 in Ufa the educational introduction of the best seminar the practician, revealed following the results of pilot approbation of the National rating of a condition of investment climate in subjects of the Russian Federation, the carried-out Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization "Agency of strategic initiatives of promotion of new projects" took place.

Main objective of a seminar is submission of information on the analysis of regional road maps, methodical recommendations about introduction of the best the practician of the National rating, expert support of Agency and exchange of experience between regions. The corporate director of Agency Svetlana Chupsheva, the chief of the department of Agency Evgeny Podshivalov, representatives of the government of regions of the Volga Federal District took part in action. From the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan the deputy minister Bulat Haziakhmetov took part in action.

In the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan the training seminar concerning implementation of the Federal law of July 18, 2011 No. 223-FZ "About purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities" took place

On April 8, 2015 in the assembly hall of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan the training seminar for the organizations of Kazan on a subject "Responsibility for violations of the Federal law of July 18, 2011 No. 223-FZ "About purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities" took place.

Within a seminar the most typical violations of the Federal law No. 223-FZ were considered, the analysis of responsibility for these violations according to the Code of the Russian Federation about administrative offenses is carried out, and also ways of optimization of purchasing activity of the organizations are discussed.

The Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs the round table "Made experiment and prospects of development of science and technology parks: Moscow and regions"

On April 9, 2015 the Committee the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs on industrial policy carried out a round table on a subject: "Experience and prospects of development of science and technology parks: Moscow and regions". Representatives the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, profile heads of the city hall of Moscow, representatives of enterprise associations and research organizations, and also representatives of executive authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation and the organizations of infrastructure of support of business took part in action.

The Republic of Tatarstan will become the pilot region for start of Islamic banking and finance in the Russian Federation

On April 9, 2015 in Kazan the international Kazan Sukuk Conference 2015 conference devoted to development of the market of Islamic finance (sukuk) in Russia took place.

Representatives of the Office of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan, bank community of the republic, Fund of development of Islamic business and finance, and also Malaysian finance companies took part in conference. From the Ministry of Economics the deputy minister Bulat Haziakhmetov and the head of department of investment activity Igor Gubaidulin took part in action.

Meeting in "Himgrad"

On April, 06, 2015 the deputy director of non - profit organization "Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" Lyaysan Shigapova took part in the meeting of "Himgrad" with the participation of the representatives of government, banks and consulting firms. The meeting was aimed to inform the entrepreneurs about the latest changes in the regulatory - legal sphere, as well as the preferences of the partners of Himgrad.
