From April 20 to April 27, 2015 in the Republic of Tatarstan the voluntary action is carried out "Spring Week of Good — Relay of Good Deeds #ДОБРЫЙТАТАРСТАН".

The action is urged to serve advance of idea of volunteering as important resource of the solution of social problems of local community and to increase of civil activity of the population.

The action purpose - involvement of inhabitants of the Republic of Tatarstan, first of all youth, in voluntary activity, realization of the positive actions directed on the solution of socially significant problems.

To participation in selection the students, graduate students and recent graduates of the Russian higher education institutions, representatives of youth public organizations, young journalists and experts aged till 30 years who are citizens of the Russian Federation are invited. Winners of Competition will be a part of delegation and will represent youth of Russia at the Summit.

The youth BRICS Summit - the unique international communication platform uniting young leaders of public opinion from Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa from various spheres of professional activity, aimed at the development of cooperation in political, humanitarian, cultural and educational spheres.

On April 18 the meeting of Economic council at the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan concerning implementation of the plan of priority actions for providing a sustainable development of economy and social stability of the Republic of Tatarstan in 1 quarter 2015 with participation of the acting president of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took place.

Opening a meeting, Rustam Minnikhanov noted that from the moment of adoption of the Plan in economy there was a number of changes. Owing to reduction of a consumer and investment demand decrease in indicators of key sectors of economy is noted. The main objectives in the current conditions in the industry sphere, in labor market, on support of monotowns and small and medium business were separately noted. Rustam Minnikhanov highlighted importance of providing at realization of stabilization measures of openness of actions of the authorities, receiving feedback.

The draft of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan "About modification of the Order of use of subsoil plots of local value in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan of 04.11.2011 No. 917 "About the statement of the Order of use of subsoil plots of local value in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan" came to the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan for an assessment of the regulating influence.

        

In the Republic of Tatarstan the delegation of Council of municipalities of the Volgograd region under the leadership of the head of administration of the Bykovsky municipal area Natalya Povolokina is on a working visit. As a part of delegation of profit of the head of the rural settlements of Bykovsky of the municipal region of the Volgograd region.

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation published the draft of the resolution of the government of the Russian Federation "About modification of some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation in connection with improvement of an order of development and the approval of administrative regulations".

The international award of a name of the founder of domestic all-metal aircraft construction, the general designer, academician of Academy of Sciences of the USSR Andrey Nikolaevich Tupolev is founded in 2014 by the decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

A lot of things are connected with a name of Andrey Nikolaevich Tupolev in Kazan. Name A.N. Tupolev is carried by three enterprises of an aviation profile located in Kazan and the Kazan national research technical university (KAI).

The draft of the federal law which reduces excess requirements for businessmen for providing information when receiving the state services is accepted by the State Duma and  supported by the Federation Council .

Are carried to such excess requirements - constituent documents and their copies, including notarized, extracts from the Unified state register of legal entities and the register of individual entrepreneurs. Thus, businessmen won't need to provide paper copies of extracts and constituent documents at the request for receiving the state services. Authorities will receive this information with use of information systems in electronic form.

On April 17 in Moscow Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization "Agency of strategic initiatives of promotion of new projects" held meeting for the press services of regional executive authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation. Representatives of 41 regions of Russia took part in meeting.

Informing on full-scale expansion in the territory of the country of the National rating of a condition of investment climate in subjects of the Russian Federation was a main objective of action.

At meeting it was told about tasks, methodology of formation of the Rating.

On April 17, 2015 the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan – the head of the department of support of business Rustem Sibgatullin held a meeting with the chairman and the board member of the Union of businessmen of textile and light industry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Zaripov and Tatyana Fedorova.

During a meeting the need for the state financial support of the enterprises of light industry of the Republic of Tatarstan, a form and types of necessary support was discussed.

The union includes more than 30 enterprises of textile and light industry making about 55% of republican volume in this sphere.
