Excess requirements for business regarding submission of separate documents at the request for the state services will be reduced

The draft of the federal law which reduces excess requirements for businessmen for providing information when receiving the state services is accepted by the State Duma and  supported by the Federation Council .

Are carried to such excess requirements - constituent documents and their copies, including notarized, extracts from the Unified state register of legal entities and the register of individual entrepreneurs. Thus, businessmen won't need to provide paper copies of extracts and constituent documents at the request for receiving the state services. Authorities will receive this information with use of information systems in electronic form.

Changes are made in a row articles of Land and Town-planning codes of the Russian Federation, the Federal law of December 27, 2002 No. 184-FZ "On technical regulation", the Federal law of December 21, 2004 No. 172-FZ "About the translation of lands or the land plots from one category to another", the Federal law of November 27, 2010 No. 311-F3 "On customs regulation in the Russian Federation", etc.

Now the bill is on signing at the President of the Russian Federation.

New requirements will come into force after hundred eighty days after day of its official publication.
