Till June 1, 2015 works on competition of the International award of A. N. Tupolev 2015 are accepted

The international award of a name of the founder of domestic all-metal aircraft construction, the general designer, academician of Academy of Sciences of the USSR Andrey Nikolaevich Tupolev is founded in 2014 by the decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

A lot of things are connected with a name of Andrey Nikolaevich Tupolev in Kazan. Name A.N. Tupolev is carried by three enterprises of an aviation profile located in Kazan and the Kazan national research technical university (KAI).

The international award is awarded personally for encouragement of the Russian or foreign scientist for the outstanding scientific works, discoveries and inventions in the field of engineering sciences which are important for science and equipment, and also perpetuation of memory of the outstanding Soviet aircraft designer. It is handed by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Materials on competition of the International award of A. N. Tupolev have to be issued according to Order of representation of works and registrations of materials on competition of the International award of A. N. Tupolev.

Works are accepted till June 1, 2015 and are registered in office of Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan.
