The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation changes structure and an order of development of administrative regulations of the state services and functions

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation published the draft of the resolution of the government of the Russian Federation "About modification of some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation in connection with improvement of an order of development and the approval of administrative regulations".

The project is developed according to the plan of measures ("road map") on implementation of the Concept of development of procedures for granting of the state and municipal services in electronic form approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 25 2013goda No. 2516-r) and puts the task optimization of an order of development and structure of administrative regulations of providing the state services and execution of the state functions.

In the draft of the resolution it is offered to integrate processes of development and the approval of administrative regulations as regulations in paper form with processes of entering of the corresponding data into the Federal register of the state services (functions)  and the Uniform portal of the state and municipal services (functions).
