Agreements between the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan, Council of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan and municipal areas (city districts) are signed

On April 23, 2015 in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan the ceremony of signing of agreements between the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan, Council of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan and municipal areas (city districts) about achievement of the planned values of indicators of productivity of activity of local governments of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015 took place.

The report on results of performance of indicators in municipalities following the results of 2014 and about new indicators of productivity of activity of local governments of municipal areas (city districts) for 2015 was made by the Minister of Economics Artyom Zdunov.

At plenary session of the II International scientific and practical conference "Partnership for Development of Clusters" cooperation agreements are signed

Today, on April 23 within opening of the II International scientific and practical conference "Partnership for Development of Clusters" the ceremony of signing of the following agreements took place:

1. The cooperation agreement between JSC KAMAZ, Federal State Budgetary Institution Fund of Assistance to Development of Small Forms of the Enterprises in the Scientific and Technical Sphere and NP "Kamsky Innovative Territorial and Production Cluster".

This agreement is directed on cooperation in development of branch of automotive industry, in the following directions: commercialization of innovative projects; support of access of hi-tech small and medium business to orders of JSC KAMAZ; involvement of residents in the territory of science and technology parks; development of the competitive circle of suppliers; carrying out early career guidance of children and youth; involvement in a profession of students of higher educational institutions; development of perspective young specialists.

In Kazan the II International scientific and practical conference "Partnership for Development of Clusters" has opened

Today within the XV Russian venture fair and the X Kazan venture fair opening of the II International scientific and practical conference "Partnership for Development of Clusters" took place.

The acting president of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation Andrey Fursenko, the secretary of state – the deputy minister of economic development of the Russian Federation Oleg Fomichyov, the executive director of the Russian Association of Venture Investment (RAVI) Albina Nikkonen took part in the opening ceremony.

After the opening ceremony guests could examine an exposition on which the model of innovative structure of Tatarstan is presented. Visitors also examined an exposition of venture fair where representatives of the innovative companies from all Russia showed own development.

At plenary session which moderator was a Director of Investment and venture fund of the Republic of Tatarstan Aynur Aydeldinov, experts expressed opinions concerning venture investment, cluster policy, to problems of small and average business, and foreign speakers shared experience in area of cluster management.

The meeting of the 13th Intergovernmental Russian-Cuban commission on trade and economic and scientific and technical cooperation took place

The representative of the Tatarstan Export Support Center took part in the 13th Russian-Cuban Intergovernmental Commission of trade, economic, scientific and technical cooperation, which was held on 22th of April, 2015 in "Коrston". Cuban delegation was headed by Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Cuba Ricardo Cabrisas.

23th of April, 2015 the Director of Non-profit Organization "Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" (hereinafter - the Fund) Sergey Bolotaev took part in a video conference of the issue of ensuring a comprehensive state guarantee support to small and medium-sized businesses in the current economic environment.

Deputy Plenipotentiary of the President of the Russian Federation in the Volga Federal District - Gainutdinova Alsou Vitalievna told the opening speech. Also this video conference was attended by Chairman of the Board of OJSC "Non-bank deposit-credit organization" “Agency of loan guarantees”, Vice Governor - Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Orenburg region of economic and financial policy and others.

The director of Fund presented a report about the formation of common standards for the implementation of warranty support for small and medium-sized enterprises in the creation of a national guarantee system.

On April 23-24 in Kazan there will take place the II International scientific and practical conference "Partnership for Development of Clusters"

On April 23, 2015 in Kazan on a platform of State TV and Radio Broadcasting Company "Korston-Kazan" opening of the II International scientific and practical conference "Partnership for Development of Clusters" organized together with Association of innovative regions of Russia with assistance of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation will take place. This year Conference is dated for carrying out the XV Russian venture fair and the X Kazan venture fair.

The purpose of Conference is studying of modern models of development of territorial innovative clusters as instrument of increase of competitiveness of regions and further development of partnership of the Russian and European regions and innovative clusters

Within the first day of conference the meeting of heads of the Committees of Associations of innovative regions of Russia will take place. At a meeting results of work of AIRR committees for 2014 and the planned actions in 2015 will be discussed.

The meeting of the Working group on development of the Plan of measures on support of creation of products on the basis of one-wall carbon nanotubes at the enterprises of the republic for 2015-2018 took place

On April 21, 2015 under the chairmanship of the First Deputy Prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin the first meeting of the Working group on development of the Plan of measures on support of creation of products on the basis of one-wall carbon nanotubes at the enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015-2018 was held.

The Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan together with SUE Agency by the State Order, Investment Activity and Interregional Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan developed information system "Quoted sessions "Of the electronic catalog of production".

In Kazan the II Interindustry scientific and practical conference "The 3D project the sphere will take place. Additive technologies. Open dialogue of professionals"

On April 22, 2015 in Kazan on a platform of the Kazan national research technical university of A. N. Tupolev the II Interindustry scientific and practical conference "The 3D project the sphere . Additive technologies. Open dialogue of professionals"will take place.

The action purpose – to acquaint with the 3D technologies - the press, news in the 3D market of the equipment, features of practical application of 3D technologies which are used in various industries and business today.

Conference is focused as on business audience of professionals, businessmen, investors, and on the acting players in the 3D market of the equipment, and also consumers of 3D technologies who will receive competent information at the high expert level.

The program of action is developed for maximum efficiency taking into account needs of participants and visitors. Blocks of speeches of speakers will be constructed by the principle of dialogue with audience where it will be possible to ask all interesting questions at all levels of competence of listeners.

The special attention will be paid to the innovative development, technologies applied in the equipment and its operation. Examples of application of additive technologies and scanning in known world and domestic projects and industries will be shown and in details described.

Within the 5th Sports contest of public servants of the Republic of Tatarstan on April 18, 2015 passed selection group games on volleyball. 27 teams took part in competition.
