The meeting of Economic council at the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan has passed

On April 18 the meeting of Economic council at the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan concerning implementation of the plan of priority actions for providing a sustainable development of economy and social stability of the Republic of Tatarstan in 1 quarter 2015 with participation of the acting president of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took place.

Opening a meeting, Rustam Minnikhanov noted that from the moment of adoption of the Plan in economy there was a number of changes. Owing to reduction of a consumer and investment demand decrease in indicators of key sectors of economy is noted. The main objectives in the current conditions in the industry sphere, in labor market, on support of monotowns and small and medium business were separately noted. Rustam Minnikhanov highlighted importance of providing at realization of stabilization measures of openness of actions of the authorities, receiving feedback.

Preliminary results of economic and social situation of the Republic of Tatarstan for the current period of 2015 were presented by the head of Territorial authority of Federal State Statistics Service in the Republic of Tatarstan Valery Kandilov.

The Minister of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan Artem Zdunov reported on implementation of points of the plan in 1 quarter 2015, the available problems at implementation of the plan and offers on its updating. In particular, it was noted that from 95 actions provided in the plan 28 have realization term in 1 quarter 2015, the majority of them are executed. Separately Artem Zdunov stopped on realization of the actions assigned to the Ministry of Economics - and such actions in respect of 25: it is work on support of monotowns of the republic, realization support of small and medium business, including development of industrial parks and industrial platforms and expansion of access for subjects of small and average business to the government and municipal procurements. Also offers on updating of the plan were submitted.

The chairman of the board of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan Shamil Ageev presented an assessment of a condition of business climate, listed the questions exciting businessmen, collected following the results of the held meetings in areas of the republic. Shamil Ageev also sounded suggestions for improvement of conditions of business, including for inclusion in the plan of measures.

The president of Association of the enterprises and businessmen of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexander Lavrentyev told about problems of the enterprises of real sector of economy of the republic and offers on their decision.

Reporting on realization of actions of the plan in 1 quarter, the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan – the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Zaripov in detail stopped on questions of participation of the enterprises of the republic in the existing programs of support of the industry. In particular, it was reported on work with Fund of development of the industry, according to plans of import substitution, state defense order, and also for the republican program of increase of labor productivity.
