On April 8, 2015 in Moscow the next meeting of the Working group on modernization of monotowns at Government Commission on Economic Development and Integration under the leadership of the vice-chairman of the "Development Bank and Foreign Economic Activity (Vnesheconombank)" state corporation, the head of the Working group Irina Makiyeva on whom the investment project of development of the monotown the Zelenodolsk was considered took place. 

Representatives of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the "Fund of Assistance to Reforming of Housing and Communal Services" state corporation, Fund of Development of Monotowns Non-profit organization and representatives of banks took part in meeting.

On April 7, 2015 in Chistopol of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting under the chairmanship of the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Vasyl Shaykhraziyev concerning preservation and development of the historical settlement of federal value the city of Chistopol within the "Preservation and Development of the Small Historical Cities and Settlements" project took place.

Within meeting the presentation of the project of development of historic center of the city of Chistopol took place, and also questions of further implementation of this project were discussed.

In meeting representatives of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of construction, architecture and housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan, the State committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on tourism and others took part. The Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan was represented by the deputy minister Ayrat Shamsiyev.

On April 11, 2015 in Kazan the Total international conference devoted to development of Strategy of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan till 2030 "Tatarstan-2030 will take place: development strategy".

Conference will be opened by the acting president of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov who will act as the moderator of conference.

The Minister of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov will tell about the project of Strategy of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan till 2030.

The dean of faculty of free arts and sciences of St. Petersburg State University Alexey Kudrin, the rector of Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration Vladimir Mau, the rector of Moscow School of Management Skolkovo Andrey Sharonov, the regional branding expert from Great Britain J. Makklori, the chief economist of the World bank on Russia Birgit Hansl, the president of Economic partnership "The new economic growth" Mikhail Dmitriyev, the rector of the Kazan (Volga) federal university Ilshat Gafurov, the president of Strategy Partners Group Alexander Idrisov, the rector of NIU "Higher School of Economics" Yaroslav Kuzminov, the principal of urbanistics at Institute of arts of Glasgow Brian Evans and other experts will take part in expert discussion in the key directions of realization of Strategy of Tatarstan 2030.

From March 30 to April 1, 2015 the Higher School of Economics with assistance of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Fund of assistance to development of small enterprises in the scientific and technical sphere and the Russian venture company held a seminar for representatives of the centers of cluster development and governing bodies of clusters.

At conference the structure of cluster policy, and also feature of management of clusters in the Republic of Tatarstan, in the report was reflected by the head of the Kamsky center of cluster development Lenar Akhmetov. Also the delegation of Tatarstan was represented by representatives of the Kamsky innovative territorial and production cluster – Sergey Chernukha and Vitaly Palagin. 

The main action of the first two days was the training program of the CEO of the Center of cluster development of Upper Austria – Verner Pamminger "Secrets of success of the center of cluster development". 

During the period from March 17 to March 20, 2015 in Moscow key action in the sphere of public-private partnership – the second infrastructure congress "Russian week of GPP" took place.

Within panel discussion methodical recommendations of the Russian Ministry of Health about introduction of mechanisms of state-private interaction in subjects of the Russian Federation (The Moscow and Leningrad areas) were sounded, submitted statistics of implementation of concession agreements in health sector in subjects of the Russian Federation and the mechanism of "a private initiative". The presentation of practical examples of implementation of concession agreements in health sector at the federal and regional levels became the main event. Discussion of features of structuring transactions, the main advantages and the existing barriers at implementation of concession projects in health sector became a result of discussion.

On April 8, 2015 the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan holds the free training seminar for the organizations of Kazan on a subject: "Responsibility for violations of the Federal law of July 18, 2011 No. 223-FZ "About purchases of goods, works, services by separate types of legal entities".

The program of a seminar provided consideration of the most typical violations of the Federal law No. 223-FZ, the analysis of responsibility for these violations according to the Code of the Russian Federation about administrative offenses, and also discussion of ways of optimization of purchasing activity of the organizations.

The seminar will take place at 11.00 to the address: Kazan, Moskovskaya St., 55, 4 floor, assembly hall.

From April 2 to April 4, 2015 on the basis of CSCYSCD of R.G.Nezhmetdinova passed competitions in chess among workers of offices of executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan and government bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In total 27 teams of the ministries and departments of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in competitions.

The team of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan took the fourth place. In a line-up: leading adviser of department of development of municipalities Farkhad Kileev, leading adviser of sector of the mode, mobilization preparation, civil defense and emergency situations Shamil Harisov and deputy chief of department of the state information resources and interaction with mass media Tanya Volkova.

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation within work on carrying out examination of the existing regulations published the negative judgment on Mintransport's order of Russia of 21.09.2013 No. 273 "About the statement of an order of equipment of vehicles tachographs".

It should be noted that the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation repeatedly opposed obligatory requirements to the device and an order of placement of these means, however the order was adopted in defiance of procedure and bypassing results of an assessment of the regulating influence.

Since April 1 the traffic police has the right to raise penalties of 10 thousand rubles from drivers of trucks for absence or the inadequate maintenance of a technical tool of control of observance of the modes of the movement, work and rest (tachographs). From this date requirements of the order come into force for the vehicles intended for transportation of goods, having the maximum weight over 3,5 tons, but no more than 12 tons, and used for transportation of goods, which aren't relating to the dangerous.

The RIA Rating agency on the basis of data of Rosstat prepared a rating of regions on development of science and new technologies. The rating considers regional indicators of investments into science and technologies, innovative activity of the enterprises and human resources spent in regions for scientific activity.

According to a rating the Republic of Tatarstan takes the 5th place. Leaders are Moscow, St. Petersburg and the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

Positions of subjects of the Russian Federation in a total rating were defined on the basis of integrated rating point which paid off by aggregation of rating points of regions on 12 analyzed indicators united in subgroups "Science" and "Technological and innovative development".

At the meeting on questions of development of the multipurpose centers of providing the state and municipal services (MFTs) which took place in the Ministry of informatization and communication of the Republic of Tatarstan possibility of providing service in obligatory medical insurance in the multipurpose centers of providing the state and municipal services of the republic is discussed.

Though this service of Fund of obligatory medical insurance isn't included into the list of the services obligatory to granting in MFTs, it is demanded at the population in this connection the question of extension of points where citizens can address for obtaining the corresponding policy is actual. It is possible to resolve his issue by means of the MFTs branch network created in the republic.

Such experience is already in certain regions, so, for example, MFTs St. Petersburg provide this service since 2012.
