The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation developed the project on modification of the resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of 24.12.2013 No. 1224.

According to the offered changes it is planned to equate actually the goods made in the territory of member countries of the Euroasian economic union (EEU) where enter the Russian Federation, Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republic of Armenia, to domestic goods.

On the goods made in the EEU countries the ban on the admission of foreign products to purchases for needs of defense of the country and safety of the state won't extend. Now the given ban doesn't extend only on goods which aren't made in the Russian Federation.

The specified draft of the resolution of the government of the Russian Federation already passed a stage of public discussion on the Uniform portal for placement of information on development of federal regulations.

In the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting with initiative group of businessmen took place. During a meeting businessmen submitted the project on opening of new production lines of foodstuff. The Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan offered possible measures of the state support of the presented project.

The Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan declares carrying out competitive selection of subjects of small and average business of the Republic of Tatarstan for providing the state support in a form of subsidies according to the LEAZING-GRANT program.

The Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan within implementation of licensing of preparation, storage, processing and realization of scrap of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals sums up the results in 1 quarter 2015.

Today in the register of licenses is registered 87 legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who are carrying out activity in 331 points of preparation and processings of scrap of metals. Thus distribution of places of their dislocation is traditionally attached to large industrial regions and railway stations. So, in Kazan 95 scrap metal yards, to Naberezhnye Chelny – 47 points, in Almetyevsk and Almetyevsk the municipal area – 24 points, in Bugulma and the Bugulma municipal area – 18 points are placed.

It should be noted that the number of points increased on 6 in comparison with 1 quarter 2014.

On April 16, 2015 the Deputy minister – the head of the department of support of business Rustem Sibgatullin took part in Republican conference "Interaction business of Associations with authorities: orientation to result". During work questions of interaction of executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan were discussed with business associations, and also questions on increase of efficiency of interaction. 

The Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan adheres to dialogue model of interaction with business associations through meetings on problematic issues, public open discussions, seminars, conferences and other forms.

Interaction about business by community is actively carried out through Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan, Regional association of employers "Association of the enterprises and businessmen of the Republic of Tatarstan", the Tatarstan regional office of the All-Russian public organization of small and average business "SUPPORT of RUSSIA", the Tatar regional office of the All-Russian public organization "Business Russia", Association of the enterprises of small and medium business of the Republic of Tatarstan.

From April 6 to April 29, 2015 on the basis of the Kazan (Volga) federal university advanced training courses according to the program "Effective management are conducted: from strategy to action". Courses are aimed at the professional development of deputy heads of government bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan.

On April 15, 2015 the Minister of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov held meeting on discussion of the program of subsidizing of target training for the enterprises of the Kamsky innovative territorial and production cluster which are carrying out activity in the territory of a special economic zone of the industrial and production type "Alabuga".

The CEO of EZ "Alabuga" Timur Shagivaleev, the vice-president of "Kamsky Innovative Territorial and Production Cluster" Non-profit partnership Leysan Abzalilova, and also representatives of JSC Resource Center-Alabuga took part in meeting.

 

From April 13 to April 15, 2015 business mission of the enterprises and organizations - participants of the Kamsky innovative territorial and production cluster to the Nizhny Novgorod Region took place. The purpose of this trip – support of subjects of small and average business and attraction of orders for the industrial enterprises which are producers of autocomponents.

Naberezhnye Chelny and Zakamsky region, and also representatives of Avtozhgutkomplekt, Avtoritm, Double Gis, Plant Mashdetal, Kamatek, Korib, Naberezhnye Chelny foundry механическй Magnoliya plant, Beginning, Nizhnekamskneftekhim, New foundry technologies, Oleokam, Riel Engineering, SPRUT-Tekhnologiya, Tekhprom +, TISSAN, Versatile person Cardan Detal.

On April 15, 2015 under the chairmanship of the Minister of Economics Artyom Zdunov in the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting with representatives of Association of Muslim businessmen of the Russian Federation took place. The association was represented Marat Kabayev - the head of Association, Abdrakhmanov Radik - the First vice-president of Association, Sabirov Marcel - the chief of staff of Association, Mazitov Vasyl – the head of commercial department of the Office of Association and Shagimardanov Aydar - the executive director of Association.

On April 14, 2015 the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan – the head of the department of support of business Rustem Sibgatullin held a working meeting with the Head of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Aksenov.

During a meeting questions of development of small and average business of the Republic of Crimea, including creation of infrastructure objects were discussed. So, in 2015 in the Crimea it is planned to start the project on creation of the Regional Center of engineering, by an example of the Tatarstan RTsI of medical simulators.
