The number of payers of the "Self-employment tax" in Tatarstan continues to grow. As of today, 119.6 thousand citizens are registered in the republic with this status. Over the entire period of the special tax regime, the total income of Tatarstan's self-employed exceeded 21.6 billion rubles.

In the Republic of Tatarstan, within the framework of the national SME project, a series of free events for social entrepreneurs will be held, where experts in the field of innovation, commercialization and finance will touch on problematic issues, promising areas and measures to support socially oriented businesses.

Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin approved the rules of formation and maintenance of a unified register of control (supervisory) measures.

Issues of further implementation of the reform of control and supervisory activities in the Republic of Tatarstan were discussed today, April 16, 2021 at the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. The event was held via video conference within the framework of the extended offsite meeting organized by the Committee of the Federation Council on Regulations and Organization of Parliamentary Activities in the Kirov region on the topic: "Improvement of regulatory and legal regulation of control and supervisory activities in the subjects of the Russian Federation".

At the moment, under the new preferential loan program at 3% – "FOT 3.0", banks have satisfied 272 applications from Tatarstan entrepreneurs in the amount of 721.3 million rubles.

The meeting of the working group on the implementation of the Action Plan to ensure the sustainable development of the Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan in the context of the deterioration of the situation due to the spread of a new coronavirus infection, the volatility of oil prices and the dollar exchange rate was held at the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. Members of the working group, consisting of representatives of executive bodies of state authority and municipalities of the republic, discussed the development of the mechanism of public-private partnership.

Within the framework of the All-Russian Conference of Infrastructure for Entrepreneurship Development, business support infrastructure organizations were presented the awards. Tatarstan is in the lead in 4 categories.

The Agency for Strategic Initiatives for the Promotion of New Projects (hereinafter – the Agency), together with the World Bank, announced the launch of the international digital solutions competition "World AI&Data Challenge". The Agency is holding the Competition for the third time, participants from the Republic of Tatarstan were previously mentioned among the winners. Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Chernyshenko became the Chairman of the Supervisory board of the Competition in 2021.

For the first time, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia has published official statistics on the development of industrial parks and industrial technoparks in Russia. According to the results of 2020, the Republic of Tatarstan took the 2nd place among 85 subjects of the Russian Federation, second only to the Moscow Region. In total, there are 23 industrial parks and 4 technoparks in the republic.
