Experts will talk about the features and measures to support social business in the Republic of Tatarstan

In the Republic of Tatarstan, within the framework of the national SME project, a series of free events for social entrepreneurs will be held, where experts in the field of innovation, commercialization and finance will touch on problematic issues, promising areas and measures to support socially oriented businesses.

At the event, which will be held in two formats at once – online and offline – experts will review the conditions, procedure and terms of assigning the status of a social entrepreneur; identify the key points of the work of a social enterprise; talk about direct and indirect support measures and discuss the difficulties and key issues in the field of social business.

The speakers are: Denis Abramov, Head of the Department of the Organization of Innovative Entrepreneurship of the UIR KFU; Salavat Galeev, Leading specialist of the Department of Technology Transfer and Commercialization of the Department of Innovative Development of KFU; Bulat Zapparov, Head of the Department of Technology Transfer and Commercialization of KFU, Associate Professor of the Department of Project Management and Business Evaluation of the IUEF KFU; Lilia Safina, Candidate of economic sciences, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Financial Markets and Financial Institutions, Institute of Management, Economics and Finance, KFU.

Participation in the events is free of charge within the framework of the national project "Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative" and the regional project "Popularization of Entrepreneurship" in the Republic of Tatarstan by the Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Business Support and Development Fund "Factory of Entrepreneurship" with the support of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Master classes will be held on April 20, 21, 23 and 26, from 16:00 to 18:00, in two formats: in person at the address: Kazan, Peterburgskaya, 28, Entrepreneur's House – for residents of Kazan and online – for participants from the districts. New and active social entrepreneurs, as well as individuals involved in social entrepreneurship, are invited to participate.
