Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin approved the rules of formation and maintenance of a unified register of control (supervisory) measures.
The new register will be effective from July 1, 2021. From this point on, inspections will be possible only after the planned activities are entered in this register.
The unified register is synchronized with the portal of public services. Through the personal accounts on this resource, entrepreneurs will be able to track all the information about upcoming inspections, see the decisions made as a result of conducted procedures. In the future, businesses will be able to use the information published in the unified register for pre-trial appeals against decisions of control bodies.
Let us recall, that the transition to new rules in the work of control and supervisory authorities and the improvement of legislation is carried out by order of Russian President Vladimir Putin. In this regard, a new law on control and supervisory activities was adopted in 2020, provisions of which will enter into force on July 1, 2021.
