In many ways, it is formed by improving the interaction between the state and business. Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Dinar Shakirov made a report covering the list of issues on the mechanism of public-private partnership.

The public-private partnership mechanism is considered as one of the most promising tools for business to implement investment projects at the present time. The meeting reviewed the experience and mechanisms of implementing PPP projects.

Successful practices in the implementation of concession agreements were presented by representatives of the executive committees of Naberezhnye Chelny (the first stage of the sports and recreation complex) and Pestrechinsky municipal district (municipal baths in the village of Koshchakovo).

Dinar Shakirov noted that such meetings are held so that municipalities can talk about problems and find solutions, get acquainted with best practices and exchange experience for further implementation in other territories.

It is worth noting that the regulatory legal documents for the conclusion of public-private partnership projects are posted on the investment portal of the Republic of Tatarstan.
