In 2021, 7 regional projects are being implemented in the republic within the framework of "Healthcare" national project, namely "Development of children's healthcare, including the creation of a modern infrastructure for providing medical care to children" – 1.1 billion rubles, "Fight against cardiovascular diseases" – 507 million rubles, "Development of the primary health care system" – 365 million rubles, "Fight against cancer" – 317 million rubles, "Creation of a single digital circuit in healthcare based on the unified state health information system (USHIS)" – 133 million rubles, "Provision of qualified personnel to medical organizations of the healthcare system" – 115 million rubles, "Development of export of medical services".
At the 20th International Exhibition "Food, Ingredients and Production Technologies-UzFood 2021", where, with the assistance of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and subordinate structures, a collective stand with Tatarstan products was presented, meetings of entrepreneurs of the republic with representatives of retail chains of Uzbekistan were held.
The Republic of Tatarstan was included in the list of participants of the pilot project for the implementation of a comprehensive solution for automating the licensing of activities for the procurement, storage, processing and sale of ferrous and non-ferrous metal scrap. Along with the Republic of Tatarstan, the Belgorod, Omsk, Tambov Regions and the Kamchatka Territory will participate in the pilot project.
The preparation of draft regulatory legal acts for the implementation of federal laws regulating control and supervisory activities at the federal and regional levels was discussed on April 29, 2021 at the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. The event was held via videoconference as part of a meeting organized by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation on the implementation of the Action Plan of the executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and local self-government bodies necessary for the implementation of the Federal Law "On State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation" for 2021.
The meeting of the working group on the implementation of the Action Plan to ensure the sustainable development of the Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan was held at the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. The members of the working group discussed the issues of grant support for innovative projects.
Entrepreneurs from the Republic of Tatarstan with the support of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan presented their products at the twentieth anniversary International Exhibition UzFood in Uzbekistan, dedicated to the food industry and food products.
On April 29, 2021, at the Coordination Center of the Russian Government, Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko presented a new national project – "Tourism and the Hospitality Industry". Reports were also made by the head of the Federal Agency for Tourism Zarina Doguzova and the General Director of Corporation Tourism.RF, AO, Sergey Sukhanov.
Tatarstan schoolchildren took part in the regional stage of the All-Russian Online Olympiad on Financial Literacy. In Russia festive occasions were held in 13 regions, including the Republic of Tatarstan. The Olympiad is primarily aimed at familiarizing students with the basics of personal finance management and provides practical skills in working with money that will be useful to them in their future work and life.
This year, the national projects have undergone some changes, 45 regional projects have been included, in particular, the implementation of 2 new ones – "Patriotic education of citizens of the Russian Federation" within the framework of the national project "Education" and "Creating favorable conditions for self-employed citizens to carry out activities" as part of "SME" national project.
According to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, within the framework of the national project, funds are provided for financial support of families at the birth of children, employment promotion (including through the creation of additional places in kindergartens), the development of sports infrastructure, measures to maintain a healthy lifestyle and care for the elderly.
