In 2021, 2 new regional projects will be implemented

This year, the national projects have undergone some changes, 45 regional projects have been included, in particular, the implementation of 2 new ones – "Patriotic education of citizens of the Russian Federation" within the framework of the national project "Education" and "Creating favorable conditions for self-employed citizens to carry out activities" as part of "SME" national project.

The implementation of the project on patriotic education provides for the strengthening of educational components in the educational and methodological literature, in the content of lessons, in extracurricular activities, in the system of additional education. The Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan participate in the implementation of the project, and funding is provided from the republican budget.

The regional project is aimed at forming the principles and priorities of the state youth policy for the education of citizenship and patriotism, ensuring the continuity of generations, supporting patriotic projects and public initiatives.

So, thanks to the events on the education of patriotism, it is planned to hold the republican military sports games: "Victory", "Zarnitsa", "Fatherland's faithful sons", the departure of search expeditions to the places of death of Soviet soldiers in the sanguinary battle of the Great Patriotic War (1941-1945). The project is aimed at strengthening the personal significance of patriotism, its goal is to get acquainted with the history of the state, prepare for service in the army, educate the young generation with a sense of deep respect and love for the Motherland, pride in the country, and preserve the relationship between generations.

Another new regional project is also planned to be implemented in 2021.  The national project "Small and Medium-sized Entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative" includes a regional project to create favorable conditions for self-employed citizens to carry out their activities. In the current conditions of growth in the number of self-employed, the main task is to further develop and provide comprehensive measures of state support to this category of citizens.

To this end, the project provides for the provision of self-employed microloans at a reduced rate, guarantees, the provision of information and consulting services on the basis of "My Business" center, the provision of grants.

The person responsible for the implementation of the project activities is The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, it is planned to allocate 34 million rubles from the republican and federal budgets for their implementation.
