An industrial mortgage program is being launched in Russia - providing preferential loans to enterprises for the purchase of real estate for industrial production. The resolution approving the parameters of the new support instrument was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

Since mid-August, in the Republic of Tatarstan, as part of the implementation of the national project to support SMEs, a free online course for social entrepreneurs “Good Deed” has been held. On September 5, a business defense took place, where 40 participants presented their projects to an expert commission. All participants received documents of the established form on the completion of the course.

Tatarstan continues to implement federal and republican anti-crisis measures to support small and medium-sized businesses. Under the new concessional lending program within the framework of Decree of the Russian Government dated August 16, 2022 No. 1420, 24 applications were submitted to the banks of the republic in the amount of more than 2.8 billion rubles. This was announced at a meeting of the working group to ensure sustainable economic development with the participation of municipal districts.

Legal entities of the Republic of Tatarstan during the year will be able to get free access to the service for filing reports for one year and send up to 200 packages of electronic documentation

For a month in Kazan, as part of the implementation of the national project "Small and Medium-Sized Entrepreneurship and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiative", a free educational course was held for citizens aged 18 to 25 years old who plan to start their business "Young Business". The event was organized by the regional Ministry of Economy and the My Business Center. At the end of the course, more than 60 participants registered as SMEs.

From January to June 2022, 2,196 oral and written applications from Tatarstan businessmen were considered in municipal districts and departments of the republic. Of these, more than 68% (1,499 appeals) received a positive decision. All appeals are under control in the authorities.

The Supervisory Board of VEB.RF approved a new package of support measures for single-industry towns, which will soon be provided by the state corporation.

This year, 500 preventive visits have already taken place in Tatarstan. According to the results of the analysis of the effectiveness of the implementation of preventive visits by the control bodies, conducted by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, entrepreneurs of the region positively assess the tool to reduce the administrative burden on business.

As part of the implementation of the activities of the national project "Tourism and the hospitality industry", from September 5, 2022, the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan for Tourism announces the start of a competitive selection to provide legal entities that are not state (municipal) institutions and individual entrepreneurs with subsidies from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan in order to financial provision of part of their costs associated with the implementation of public initiatives to create modular non-capital accommodation facilities on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan. The deadline for submitting applications is September 14, 2022.
