500 preventive visits were carried out by control bodies in Tatarstan this year

This year, 500 preventive visits have already taken place in Tatarstan. According to the results of the analysis of the effectiveness of the implementation of preventive visits by the control bodies, conducted by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, entrepreneurs of the region positively assess the tool to reduce the administrative burden on business.

According to the statistics, the preventive visit has become a regional component of programs for the prevention of risks of causing harm (damage) to legally protected values.

As part of the implementation of this program, since the beginning of the year for the period until September 1, 2022, the control (supervision) bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted 500 preventive visits to controlled entities, which confirmed the usefulness and effectiveness of this form of interaction between the inspected person and the supervisory authority.

So, in the course of monitoring the effectiveness of the control tool in August, farmers of Tatarstan who grow grain crops on their own and leased lands were interviewed.

One of the interviewed respondents, an individual entrepreneur, the head of a peasant (farmer) economy, Natalia Terpigoreva, said that representatives of the supervisory authority conducted a preventive visit to the fields where she grows crops. Valuable recommendations were given by the inspectors of the supervisory authority on the spot to prevent violations. Such a meeting did not have a punitive character, it took place in a calm atmosphere. The entrepreneur was satisfied with the convenience and clarity of the event.

It is obvious that such an attitude of entrepreneurs in response to a reduction in the administrative burden on business will allow the institution of preventive visits to develop and strengthen its position in the control and supervisory activities of the authorities.
