The government approved the parameters of the industrial mortgage program

An industrial mortgage program is being launched in Russia - providing preferential loans to enterprises for the purchase of real estate for industrial production. The resolution approving the parameters of the new support instrument was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

Loans under the industrial mortgage program will be issued for up to seven years at a preferential rate of 5% per annum. For technology companies, the rate will be even lower - 3% per annum.

The maximum loan amount will be 500 million rubles.

Mikhail Mishustin announced the launch of the industrial mortgage program at a meeting with deputy prime ministers on September 5. According to the Prime Minister, this mechanism will support not only the expansion of industrial production, but also positive dynamics in other sectors of the economy.

“It is clear that the new tool will be in demand, it is interesting for business,” said Mikhail Mishustin.
