Center "My Business" will provide entrepreneurs of Tatarstan with free electronic document management for 1 year

Legal entities of the Republic of Tatarstan during the year will be able to get free access to the service for filing reports for one year and send up to 200 packages of electronic documentation.

The My Business Center of the Tatarstan Entrepreneurship Support Fund, subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, will provide access to the business of the region to EDF VLSI free of charge. Support can be used by small and medium-sized businesses that have not previously connected the service.

The service opens up the following opportunities for businesses:

• Exchange legally significant electronic documents with clients, partners, employees and ordinary people;

• Create, edit, approve and sign documents on any convenient device: phone, tablet or computer;

• Conduct online discussions with colleagues - chats and video calls are available;

• Store the archive as convenient - in a secure cloud service or on your server to use at any time without the Internet. Easily and quickly find any document;

• Upload and unload documents from 1C and other popular systems;

• Reconcile mutual settlements, even if there are hundreds of counterparties.

In order to get free access to the service, you must submit an application on the MSP.RF Digital Platform (in the search, find the service "Providing free access to the service for reporting for one year").
