The Ministry of Economic Development of Russia supported the business initiative to conduct an experiment on remote monitoring of the state of health of citizens using special devices - personal medical assistants (PMP), which will transmit data to the information system. It is planned that the experimental legal regime (EPR) will operate for 2 years in 6 regions: the Republic of Tatarstan, Novosibirsk, Samara, Tyumen, Ryazan and Magadan regions.

A new preferential loan product is available to small and medium-sized businesses in Tatarstan, which allows them to receive funds for investment purposes at 3-4.5%. Banks are already accepting applications and issuing loans at a reduced rate.
