Within the framework of the national project "Tourism and hospitality industry" in Tatarstan, a competition was announced for the creation of modular non-capital accommodation facilities

As part of the implementation of the activities of the national project "Tourism and the hospitality industry", from September 5, 2022, the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan for Tourism announces the start of a competitive selection to provide legal entities that are not state (municipal) institutions and individual entrepreneurs with subsidies from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan in order to financial provision of part of their costs associated with the implementation of public initiatives to create modular non-capital accommodation facilities on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan. The deadline for submitting applications is September 14, 2022.

A subsidy can be obtained for 50% co-financing of the cost of acquiring factory-made modules (boxes) for year-round tourist accommodation. A prerequisite is the creation of at least 10 modules (boxes) at a new facility (hotel, sanatorium, camp site, etc.) in the Republic of Tatarstan or when expanding an existing facility. The maximum subsidy for one module will be 1.5 million rubles, the maximum subsidy for one organization is 45 million rubles.
