The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan following the results of 2014 prepared and sent to the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation the summary Report on implementation of the government of the Republic of Tatarstan by executive bodies and local governments of regional state control (supervision) and municipal control in the Republic of Tatarstan. In the Republic of Tatarstan at the legislative level in general 26 types of the state control (supervision) which are carried out concerning the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs falling under action of the Federal law of December 26, 2008 No. 294-FZ "About protection of the rights of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs at implementation of the state control (supervision) and municipal control" were defined.

On April 3, 2015 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the training seminar concerning participation in the competition "Annual Public Award "Regions — a Sustainable Development"" will take place. A main objective of the competition "Annual Public Award "Regions — a Sustainable Development"" is identification and selection of investment projects of real sector of economy for attraction of preferential financing. Representatives of Organizing committee of competition, central office of JSC Sberbank of Russia, the ministries, departments, municipalities, enterprises and organizations of the Republic of Tatarstan will participate in a seminar.

On March 31, 2015 representatives of the public authorities of Tatarstan supervising questions of support of business held meetings with enterprise community of the Yelabuga and Mamadysh regions of the Republic of Tatarstan. Questions and wishes of small business were listened by the head of the Center of support of business of the Republic of Tatarstan subordinated to the Ministry of Economy Dilyus Shavaliyev, the vice-chairman of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan Valery Gerasimov and the Comissioner for the President of the Republic of Tatarstan on protection of the rights of businessmen Timur Nagumanov.

Resolution of the government of Federation Russian of 17.03.2015 No. 238 established an order of preparation by customers of the report on the volume of purchases at subjects of small business and socially oriented non-profit organizations (SSB and NPO) and its placement in uniform information system. Standard as the act were approved also a form of the report and requirement to its filling. In particular, the customer is obliged to specify volumes of the purchases which are carried out at SSB and NPO. Besides, it has to reflect the total amount of the initial (maximum) prices of contracts of cancelled procurement procedures with participation only of SSB and NPO by results of which carrying out the contract wasn't signed, or No. 44-FZ was concluded with the only supplier on the basis of item 25 p.1 Art. 93 of the Federal law of 05.04.2013.

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan prepared a monthly rating of social and economic development of municipal areas and city districts of the Republic of Tatarstan for January – February, 2015. In the general rating for January - February, 2015 the leading positions were taken Kazan (1 place), Almetyevsk (the 2nd place) and Laishevsky (the 3rd place) by municipal areas. For January - February, 2015 of the greatest change of a place in a rating Kukmorsky (+6 positions) reached the municipal area. These changes are caused by improvement of a number of indicators: decrease in level of the registered unemployment, increase in growth rates of total area of the houses put into operation.

Summing up, rewarding of prize-winners and the announcement of winners of Youth competition "Strategy of Tatarstan is my Strategy!" took place on March 28, 2015 in the House of "Selet". Conducting actions I acted the executive director of Academy of the international youth diplomacy Dilbar Sadykova which declared completion of competition and I presented to the audience of guests of action. The deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Natalya Tarkayeva on behalf of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Artem Zdunov handled welcome speech to participants, prize-winners and winners of Youth competition "Strategy of Tatarstan is my strategy!", in which expressed gratitude for active participation, the creative approach interesting and the worked projects, and in general, for the shown enthusiasm in formation of the project of Strategy.

On March 27, Acting Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Turkish Minister of Economy Turkey Nihat Zeybekçi took part in solemn opening of Hayat Kimya plant at Alabuga Special Economic Zone.

Tatarstan Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov, Director General of SEZ Alabuga Timur Shagivaleev, Deputy Board Chairman of Hayat holding Mehmet Avni Kiğılı, members of the Turkish delegation, regional ministers took part in the event.

Rustam Minnikhanov and Nihat Zeybekçi looked around the production facilities and manufactured products.

On the Portal of administrative reform materials of the Forum of the centers of the providing the state and municipal services which took place on March 18-19, 2015 in Moscow with participation of the Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev are placed. Among materials – the program of the Forum, performance of participants of Panel discussion on the subject "Quality Management in the Centers of Granting State and the Mnitsipalnykh of Services", section discussions, and also Plenary session concerning the organization of interaction of the centers of state services and federal authorities, bodies of the state off-budget funds and results of realization in 2014 of the project on creation of a network of the centers of the state and municipal services.

In Educational and methodical the center of FAS Russia the "Analysis of the Market and Control of Economic Concentration" conference as which organizer the Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service in the Republic of Tatarstan acted took place. Conference is held for the purpose of drawing attention of the government and regional institutions, experts, businessmen, and also the scientific and pedagogical community to social and economic and legal problems of the analysis of the commodity markets, economic concentration and antimonopoly regulation in this sphere.

In the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan the presentation of the VI Competition of social and cultural projects of JSC Lukoil which in the territory of Tatarstan carries out JSC RITEK took place on March 26, 2015 (enters into Lukoil Group). The grant fund VI of Competition makes 25 million rubles. The VI Competition of social and cultural projects is carried out on the following nominations: "ECOLOGY", "SPIRITUALITY AND CULTURE", "SPORT", "VICTORY".
