In the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan the training seminar concerning implementation of the Federal law of July 18, 2011 No. 223-FZ "About purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities" took place

On April 8, 2015 in the assembly hall of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan the training seminar for the organizations of Kazan on a subject "Responsibility for violations of the Federal law of July 18, 2011 No. 223-FZ "About purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities" took place.

Within a seminar the most typical violations of the Federal law No. 223-FZ were considered, the analysis of responsibility for these violations according to the Code of the Russian Federation about administrative offenses is carried out, and also ways of optimization of purchasing activity of the organizations are discussed.

Reports on application of the Federal law No. 223-FZ were made by the deputy CEO SUE Agency by the State Order, Investment Activity and Interregional Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan Vladimir Aksenov, and also representatives of Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service in the Republic of Tatarstan and expert community.

The Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan on action was represented by the head of development department of the competition Ilyas Galimov.
