The list of documents wich are transferred in electronic form when information exchange between public authorities is approved

For improvement of electronic document flow the order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 583-r about the approval of the list of types of the documents transferred at interaction of federal executive authorities, executive authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation, the state off-budget funds in electronic form is accepted of 02.04.2015.

The order will promote lifting of restrictions for application of legally significant electronic document flow between the above-named public authorities. In the absence of technical capability of formation in the electronic form of documents included in the list, their formation and transfer will be carried out on paper.
