The state program "Strategic management of talents in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015-2020" is approved

The resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 943 approved of 03.12.2014 a state program "Strategic management of talents in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015-2020".

The Program purpose – ensuring expansion of successive system of development of intellectual and creative potential of children, youth and strategic management of talents in interests of innovative development of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Tasks of the Program are:

1. Promoting of opportunities of intellectual and creative development of children and youth in the Republic of Tatarstan, forming of effective communications with youth and parental audiences;

2. Formation of the integrated resource platforms and development of interdepartmental cooperation in management of talents;

3. Development of competitive scientific and implementation youth community and network of design and survey platforms;

4. Introduction of the best models of development of breakthrough competences for children and youth, formation of valuable orientations (informal dual/design/trainer's training, mentoring, etc.);

5. Introduction of innovative mechanisms of personnel management, producing of graduates of the Program.

Following the results of realization of actions of the Program by the end of 2020 achievement of the following results is expected:

- increase in number of the enterprises and companies systemically participating in development of personnel projects of career guidance, dual training, professional grounds, internship platforms for children and youth to 60 units;

- increase in volume of network professional community of teachers, experts, the trainers trained and certified as mentors and available to work with children and youth, to 2 280 people;

- bringing number of the children and youth who are steadily involved in design activities for development of potential and the solution of problems of development of the republic on Program platforms as unique participants of the Program to 18 850 people;

- creation of infrastructure of the individual educational producer support available to participation to 1600 young people possessing the highest achievements;

- increase to 100 percent of specific weight of the created workplaces for graduates of the Program "First Contract" or "Samozanyatost".

On implementation of the Program in 2015 - 2020 from budget funds of the Republic of Tatarstan it is planned to direct 600,0 million rubles.
