The appeal of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan about carrying out an assessment of the regulating influence of the bill of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 96-5 "About modification of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "About a subsoil" came to the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan.
We invite representatives of business associations to study the draft of the regulatory legal act presented on the site of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In case of finding of existence of the provisions in it introducing excess administrative and other restrictions and duties for subjects of business and other activity or promoting their introduction, and also provisions, promoting emergence of unreasonable expenses of subjects of business and other activity and budgets of all levels of the budgetary system of the Russian Federation, we ask to send the remarks and offers to sector of an assessment of the regulating impact of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan on an e-mail address: Nail .Madiev@tatar.ru.
