The introduction of the best seminar the practician within the National rating of a condition of investment climate took place

On April 10, 2015 in Ufa the educational introduction of the best seminar the practician, revealed following the results of pilot approbation of the National rating of a condition of investment climate in subjects of the Russian Federation, the carried-out Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization "Agency of strategic initiatives of promotion of new projects" took place.

Main objective of a seminar is submission of information on the analysis of regional road maps, methodical recommendations about introduction of the best the practician of the National rating, expert support of Agency and exchange of experience between regions. The corporate director of Agency Svetlana Chupsheva, the chief of the department of Agency Evgeny Podshivalov, representatives of the government of regions of the Volga Federal District took part in action. From the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan the deputy minister Bulat Haziakhmetov took part in action.

In 2014 developed Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization "Agency of strategic initiatives of promotion of new projects" and carried out pilot approbation of the National rating of a condition of investment climate in subjects of the Russian Federation which allows to estimate the work on formation of favorable investment and enterprise climate which is carried out in regions.

The rating is formed proceeding from opinion of enterprise community and estimates regions on indicators of efficiency of procedures of registration of the enterprises, issues of construction licenses, procedures of technological accession, and also the corresponding institutional environment and measures of support.

Problem of a rating – to find the best practicians in those regions which became the centers of investment appeal and to broadcast their experience on all subjects of the Russian Federation.

Following the results of pilot approbation of a rating the Republic of Tatarstan was included into the five of the leading regions which provided optimum investment conditions for business.
