Chairman of the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan Zilya Rakhimyanovna Valeyeva will hold a working meeting with socially oriented non-profit organizations - winners of the Presidential Grants Fund competition.
The temporary suspension of activities of organizations in connection with the difficult epidemiological situation caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as the persistence of negative foreign economic conditions, affected the decline in economic activity in April of this year. In general, according to the results of January-April 2020, the gross regional product of the Republic of Tatarstan amounted to 742.3 billion rubles, or 101.2% in comparable prices to the level of the corresponding period of 2019 (in the first quarter of this year - 102.0%).
In Tatarstan, in relation to enterprises licensed for the procurement, storage, processing and sale of scrap of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, 15 scheduled inspections scheduled for April-December 2020 were canceled, 11 of which for the period June-December.
Starting from March 29, the Ministry of Economy of Tatarstan, on behalf of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, launched a series of anti-crisis online master classes for Tatarstan entrepreneurs “Adaptation Technologies”. Today, meetings of the commissions for the examination of applications for concluding agreements on implementation of activities in the territories of advanced social and economic development Zelenodolsk, Nizhnekamsk and Chistopol took place in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, chaired by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexei Pesoshin.
Construction of the second phase of the first stage of the “Tyulyachi” industrial park was completed in Tatarstan. 53.1 million rubles from the federal and republican budgets were allocated for implementation of the project, and private investments in the amount of 10.1 million rubles were attracted. The construction of the park was carried out thanks to the national project “Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and Support for Entrepreneurial Initiative”, according to which it is necessary to provide preferential access for SMEs to production facilities and premises.
Starting from April 27, the Entrepreneurship Support Fund subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan began issuing soft loans at 1%. To date, 31 “One Percent” microloans have been issued for a total amount of over 30 million rubles. The Fund's product provided for the possibility of obtaining a loan in the amount of 100 thousand to 2 million rubles for a period of up to 2 years. At the request of entrepreneurs, in agreement with the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the loan term is increased to 3 years.
Not all companies and entrepreneurs could get support: even if they worked in the affected industry, their main OKVED did not always correspond to it.
