Scheduled inspections for 2020 for licensees in the field of acceptance and sale of scrap metal are canceled

In Tatarstan, in relation to enterprises licensed for the procurement, storage, processing and sale of scrap of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, 15 scheduled inspections scheduled for April-December 2020 were canceled, 11 of which for the period June-December.

The restrictions are introduced in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 438 dated April 3, 2020 “On Peculiarities of Implementing State Control (Supervision), Municipal Control in 2020 and Amending Clause 7 of the Rules for Preparation of State Control (Supervision) Bodies and Municipal Bodies Control of Annual Plans for Conducting Scheduled Inspections of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs”.

In total, 10 inspections were carried out in the first quarter of 2020, 7 of which were planned inspections, 3 - unscheduled for the execution of orders issued as a result of scheduled inspections. The result of control measures was the elimination by the licensees of the revealed violations of license requirements.

In total, in Tatarstan, 148 licensees in 484 territorial facilities carry out activities in the procurement, storage, processing and sale of scrap of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
