Light industry enterprises may receive additional support, the corresponding instruction was given by Russian President Vladimir Putin. This was announced by the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov at a meeting with participation of urban districts and municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan on topic: “On implementation of the Plan of measures for ensuring sustainable development of the economy of the Republic of Tatarstan in conditions of worsening situation in connection with the spread of a new coronavirus infection”.

On June 1, a program of preferential lending to enterprises at a rate of 2% per annum was launched in Russia. To date, 1,966 applications for 8.7 billion rubles have been received from Tatarstan entrepreneurs. The entrepreneur can direct the money received to carry out entrepreneurial activities, including the payment of salaries to employees, or pay off previously taken loans, including interest-free loan for payment of labor.
