Construction work is completed in the “Tyulyachi” industrial park

Construction of the second phase of the first stage of the “Tyulyachi” industrial park was completed in Tatarstan. 53.1 million rubles from the federal and republican budgets were allocated for implementation of the project, and private investments in the amount of 10.1 million rubles were attracted. The construction of the park was carried out thanks to the national project “Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and Support for Entrepreneurial Initiative”, according to which it is necessary to provide preferential access for SMEs to production facilities and premises.

As part of the federal project “Acceleration of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises”, which is part of the national project to support SMEs, 43 million rubles were allocated from the federal budget for the construction of the park, 10.1 million rubles from the budget of the republic, including private investments in the amount of 16.6 million rubles.

The park is equipped with the engineering infrastructure necessary for residents: internal power supply networks, outdoor lighting, outdoor communication and alarm networks, water supply and sewage systems, as well as road facilities are provided, fire tanks are installed.

Currently the park has 9 residents, 310 jobs have been created. It is expected that by 2024 the number of residents will be increased to 16, and the number of jobs created by them will approach 600.

Let us recall that the construction of industrial parks and sites in Tatarstan is carried out as part of a national project to support small and medium-sized enterprises. According to the project, for the construction of three industrial parks: Saba, Tyulyachi and an industrial park on the territory of Khimgrad Technopolis, 791.7 million rubles were allocated in 2020.
