The term of the preferential “One percent” microloan has been increased to three years at the request of entrepreneurs

26 May 2020, Tuesday

Starting from April 27, the Entrepreneurship Support Fund subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan began issuing soft loans at 1%. To date, 31 “One Percent” microloans have been issued for a total amount of over 30 million rubles. The Fund's product provided for the possibility of obtaining a loan in the amount of 100 thousand to 2 million rubles for a period of up to 2 years. At the request of entrepreneurs, in agreement with the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the loan term is increased to 3 years.

A microloan is available for SMEs from industries not previously covered by federal and republican measures and not included in the list of the most affected sectors. To date, 30 loans worth more than 30 million rubles have been issued. In total, more than 179 applications have been filed for a microloan, most of which are under consideration.

It is worth noting that the preferential loan rate will be in effect for the first 6 months, after which the rate will be revised, depending on the further economic situation. For those entrepreneurs who will ensure that employment remains at least 90% of the number relative to March 2020, the interest rate for the remaining period will be half the key rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, in other cases - in the amount of the key rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation at the date of conclusion of the contract.

In turn, the main criterion for providing a microloan remains a 30% decrease in revenue relative to the average monthly revenue in 2019, as well as not attributing the main OKVED to the sectors most affected by the pandemic. A list of affected industries can be found here. To confirm the reduction in the company's turnover, the entrepreneur must provide certificates of open settlement accounts from the tax authority and banks, where they are available.

Documents for processing a loan can be sent through the ФАСТТРЕК.РФ portal. The portal was created for quick access to support measures for small and medium-sized businesses in Tatarstan and works in the format of a “single window” or by contacting the Entrepreneurship Support Fund.
