Public consultations on the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan has started

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan is conducting public consultations on the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan “On Amending the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan “On Additional Limitations of Time, Conditions and Places for the Retail Sale of Alcohol in the Republic of Tatarstan and Recognizing Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Tatarstan”.

The project was developed by the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The changes introduced by the project provide for the establishment of requirements for the retail sale of alcoholic beverages in catering facilities located in apartment buildings and (or) in the territories adjacent to them.
