Another large resident may appear on the territory of the Zelenodolsk industrial site

Marketplace OOO considers the Zelenodolsk industrial site as a territory for the implementation of an investment project.

Today, within the framework of the visit to the Republic of Tatarstan, a meeting was held between the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov and the General Director of Marketplace OOO Aleksei Bannikov. The company considers Tatarstan as a territory for implementation of an investment project for construction of a logistics center.

During the meeting, it was noted that Tatarstan supports residents in implementation of investment projects. Today, there are 100 industrial infrastructure facilities in the Republic (80 industrial sites and 20 industrial parks), in which 1,484 residents operate. For investors, all conditions for work are created.

Earlier, Aleksei Bannikov visited Zelenodolskiy district and studied the possibilities for residents. It is the Zelenodolsk industrial site that the founder of the marketplace considers as the site for the project.

The logistics center will be located on the area of ​​1 ha. The area of ​​the warehouse will be 5 thousand square meters. The implementation of the new project will create 250-300 new jobs.
