13 new productions were launched at three reconstructed production facilities of the industrial park on the territory of the “Khimgrad” Technopolis (Tasma-Invest-Torg OOO). The new resident companies manufacture equipment for concrete plants, aeration systems for biological wastewater treatment, innovative polymer compounds, disposable medical masks, and build boats for sport fishing and recreation. The implementation of these projects has created 214 new jobs. In total, more than 300 residents operate on the territory of the “Khimgrad” Technopolis, who have created more than 9,000 jobs.
Tatarstan continues to accept applications and documents for joining the List of Social Enterprises in 2021. Work in Tatarstan on the recognition of small and medium-sized businesses as social enterprises and on formation of an appropriate list is carried out by the Republican Ministry of Economy and its subordinate structures - the Entrepreneurship Support Fund and the Center for Social Innovation.
The prospects for the development of industrial parks and industrial sites in the districts of the republic were discussed at a meeting of the working group on implementation of the Action Plan to ensure the sustainable development of the economy of the Republic of Tatarstan amid a worsening situation due to the spread of a new coronavirus infection, volatility in oil prices and the dollar exchange rate. The meeting was held in the videoconference mode.
Acceptance of applications for participation in the competition of innovative projects “Start-CT” has been announced. To participate, it is necessary to develop an innovative project in one of the areas: Digital Technologies; Medicine and Technologies of Health Preservation; New Materials and Chemical Technologies; New Devices and Intelligent Manufacturing Technologies; Biotechnology; Resource-saving Energy.
The Minister of Economy Midkhat Shagiakhmetov paid a working visit to the Agryzskiy district of Tatarstan. The Minister held a meeting with representatives of the business community. During a conversation with business, the Minister of Economy answered questions from entrepreneurs, and also spoke about a new additional package of support measures.

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan announces the end of accepting applications from September 08, 2020 under the program “Subsidizing the interest rate”, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 327dated April 25, 2020.

About 78 thousand Tatarstan citizens are registered today as self-employed. In addition, another 8.6 thousand nonresident citizens registered in other constituent entities of the country chose the republic as a region to conduct their activities. This year, as of August 1, Tatarstan self-employed paid 154.8 million rubles in tax deductions.
The Entrepreneurship Support Fund, subordinate to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, issued a microloan under the “Reset” program in record time. It took only 3 hours from the moment of submitting the application to transferring funds to the entrepreneur’s account. An individual entrepreneur engaged in the manufacture of furniture made an application for a microfinance product to expand production on the ФАСТТРЕК.РФ portal.
