Industrial parks provide infrastructure support for small and medium-sized businesses. By the 100th anniversary of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, in accordance with the Message of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, in order to create conditions for the development of entrepreneurial activity, 100 industrial parks and industrial sites have been created, the residents of which form more than 10% of the total industrial production of Tatarstan. Today in Tatarstan, 1,497 resident companies work at 80 industrial sites and 20 industrial parks, they have created more than 30,000 jobs.
Residents of industrial facilities have access to the following support measures: ready-made industrial premises, ready-made transport and engineering infrastructure, lease or sale of land plots, premises and infrastructure facilities, provision of electricity, heat, gas, water, receipt of logistics and telecommunications services.
In addition, residents receive benefits in terms of free connection to engineering networks, preferences in obtaining state support and tax benefits.
Also, the Ministry of Economy has developed a program for issuing a concessional loan “Construction” for management companies and residents of industrial parks and sites for construction, modernization and (or) reconstruction of engineering infrastructure, buildings and structures. In addition, subsidized interest rates on loans are available to residents and management companies of industrial sites and parks.
