The republic's business continues to use federal lending programs with preferential rates at 0% and 2% to maintain employment and resume activities. In addition, at the republican level, there are various microfinance products for entrepreneurs, allowing them to reduce costs at the time of getting out of the current economic situation.
According to the draft bill “On Amendments to the Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation in Connection with the Adoption of the Federal Law “On State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation” of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the moratorium on scheduled inspections of businesses will be extended until the end of 2021, but the extension will affect only small organizations and individual entrepreneurs with an income of up to 800 million rubles per year and the number of employees up to 100 people. According to the Unified Register of SMEs, a ban on scheduled inspections will be in effect for more than 150 thousand small businesses in Tatarstan.
The Export Support Center subordinate to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan organizes the participation of Tatarstan small and medium-sized businesses in the annual specialized exhibition of achievements of the construction materials, equipment and technologies industry in Central and Eastern Europe “Construma 2020”. The exhibition will take place from October 7 to October 11 in Budapest, Hungary.
In total, 9,491 applications were filed for receiving a one-time subsidy for preventive measures from entrepreneurs and SONPO of the republic, according to the regional federal tax service, and subsidies for 360.4 million rubles were paid. In general, over the country, subsidies in the amount of 11.6 billion rubles were received by more than 293 thousand organizations and individual entrepreneurs, which employ 1.3 million people.
