Micro and small businesses of the Republic of Tatarstan can purchase new equipment on the terms of preferential financial lease (leasing) at rates from 6% to 8% per annum. The preferential equipment leasing program is implemented by the Corporation of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SME) through regional leasing companies.
