Production of TV sets with the support of the MONOCITY.RF fund will be launched in Tatarstan

The company "Hyer Industry RUS" from Naberezhnye Chelny of the Republic of Tatarstan will receive a loan from the Fund for the Development of Single-industry Towns (VEB.RF) in the amount of 250 million rubles for the organization of the production of televisions and the construction of a warehouse of finished products. According to the results of the investment project, the company will produce up to 700 thousand TVs per year.

For their development, an integrated approach is important, which contributes to the formation of a modern infrastructure, a favorable and safe environment for the implementation of investment projects and, as a result, the creation of new jobs. In particular, investors who have chosen these territories as a platform for the implementation of their project have the opportunity to use the financial support of the Single-Industry Towns Development Fund. Of course, this is a powerful support tool that accelerates the pace of launching new enterprises, promotes the expansion of existing production facilities and encourages the development of urban areas," said Ravil Sirazeev, Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.

At the expense of the Fund, construction and installation works will be carried out, which will help create a modern enterprise in the single-industry city that produces SmartTV TVs, as well as a finished product warehouse for storing goods from all factories that will be located on the territory of the Haier Industrial Park. As a result of the implementation of the investment project, almost 500 new jobs will be created.

Despite the difficult situation, we do not stop the implementation of projects. Previously, when co-financing a MONOCITY.RF has built engineering and transport infrastructure for two investment projects at the Haier site. This is the production of washing machines and a factory of kitchen equipment. The Fund has are about 220 million rubles.

We recall that the Government of the Russian Federation in the framework of the reform of development institutions decided to liquidate the Fund for the Development of Single-industry Towns in 2021. To date, MONOCITY.RF continues to accept applications until the actual transfer of obligations to VEB. RF. Those projects that the Fund will not have time to finance will be submitted to the state Corporation for consideration.
