On November 26-27, a free culinary master class for the self-employed will be held in the cities of Tatarstan. Its main topic will be working with chocolate and technologies for making marshmallow popsicles, cake pops and Viennese waffles. The master class will be held by Yulia Ivanova, pastry chef, silver medalist of the Russian Culinary and Service Championship, author of books and confectionery teacher.

The Innovation Assistance Fund provides support to young scientists and small companies implementing promising projects in the scientific and technical field. Over the past 5 years alone, the fund's budget amounted to 63.8 billion rubles, 38.5 thousand projects were supported. The Fund has formed a network of regional representatives in 78 subjects of the Russian Federation.
