Winner of the Russian Culinary Championship will hold a free confectionery master class for the self-employed of Tatarstan

On November 26-27, a free culinary master class for the self-employed will be held in the cities of Tatarstan. Its main topic will be working with chocolate and technologies for making marshmallow popsicles, cake pops and Viennese waffles. The master class will be held by Yulia Ivanova, pastry chef, silver medalist of the Russian Culinary and Service Championship, author of books and confectionery teacher.

Master classes are organized within the framework of the national project "Small and Medium Enterprises and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiatives" by the My Business Center and the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Yuliya Ivanova, a practicing confectioner with more than 10 years of experience, will tell beginner confectioners in Kazan on November 26 how to make money during the holidays, calculate the cost of products and optimize costs. He will share the secrets of working with chocolate and the technologies for making marshmallow popsicles, cake pops and Viennese waffles with filling. The speaker will tell you how best to pack desserts, their shelf life and much more.

On November 27, the speaker will talk with the confectioners of Almetyevsk about where to look for orders and what ways to promote products to choose. At the master class, the participants will discuss the issues of finding and attracting customers, the effectiveness of social networks and word of mouth in the culinary business. The confectioner will also talk about development in the B2B segment, creating a personal brand, participating in championships and working with bloggers.
