Law of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 81-ZRT was adopted on November 2, 2022. The amendments introduced provide for the easing of restrictions for SMEs in the provision of support provided by public authorities, the Federal Corporation for the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises, its subsidiaries, as well as infrastructure organizations to support small and medium-sized businesses.

On November 16-18, the Entrepreneur's House will host the final of the Umnik contest, in which 73 finalists will present their innovative projects. Based on the results, 20 winners will be selected by the regional jury. The program is aimed at supporting young scientists and stimulating the mass participation of young people in scientific, technical and innovative activities.

This week, the order of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia on the establishment of deflator coefficients for 2023 came into force. These coefficients take into account changes in consumer prices for goods and services in previous years and are set to index certain elements of taxation.

On November 10-11, Kazan will host full-time training for export-oriented representatives of small and medium-sized businesses of the Republic of Tatarstan. The programs "Export Standard for SMEs" and "Export in Enterprise Strategy" were developed by the Export School of the Russian Export Center (REC) and are carried out in the region on the basis of the Export Support Center of the Entrepreneurship Support Fund subordinate to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.

As part of the "School Business Start" project in Tatarstan, the practical training "Business Design" was completed. It was held in several cities at once: Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Zelenodolsk and Almetyevsk. 600 schoolchildren of Tatarstan participated in the training.

On November 14, the My Business Center will start training for the finalists of the Student Startup program, who received financial support from the state in the amount of 1 million rubles for the implementation of their innovative projects. The training will help young developers get a professional assessment of startups, as well as recommendations and practical skills for further development and successful implementation of student projects. The event will be held as part of the SME national project.

The Export Support Center of the Entrepreneurship Support Fund subordinate to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan will hold an online webinar for exporters on the topic “Financial services of JSC REC”.

Under the chairmanship of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov, a meeting of the working group on ensuring sustainable economic development in the mode of videoconferencing was held, which was attended by representatives of ministries, departments, territorial bodies of federal authorities, municipalities, credit organizations.

As part of the republican support measures in the context of partial mobilization, the regional Entrepreneurship Support Fund (Fund) subordinate to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan will provide businesses with credit holidays under existing microloan agreements concluded before September 21, 2022. The measure will reduce the financial burden on businesses in the current environment.

The law developed by the Ministry of Economic Development, which provides for simplified access to the benefits of special economic zones for concessionaires, was signed by the President and entered into force.
