Foresight session "Presidential Program: Challenges of the New Era" was held at KFU

At the site of the Institute of Management, Economics and Finance of KFU, a foresight session “Presidential Program: Challenges of the New Time” was held, dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the Presidential Program for Training Management Personnel for the Organization of the National Economy and timed to coincide with the birthday of Kazan University.

The program for training managerial personnel for organizations of the national economy of the Russian Federation is a large-scale and in many ways unique program that has been implemented in the republic in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation since 1998.

Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Natalia Kondratova made a welcoming speech and congratulations, she noted the importance of the program implementation.

“Over 25 years, about 3,000 managers have been trained under the program. Including 150 people in the healthcare sector,” the deputy minister cited the data. “The target group for training are specialists with completed higher education, with at least 5 years of work experience, of which at least 2 years of managerial experience, under the age of 50.”

She thanked the enterprises of the republic that take an active part in the program.

“I want to say a few words of gratitude to the teachers of Kazan Federal University. You are our reliable partners for many years. I would also like to congratulate the university on its birthday and wish it further prosperity and successful implementation of its goals,” said Natalya Vladimirovna.

Also, in a solemn atmosphere, diplomas of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and letters of thanks to employees of the Institute of Management, Economics and Finance, who took an active part in the implementation of the program, were presented.
