For increase of efficiency of interaction of participants of investment activity in the Republic of Tatarstan of 14.12.2013 No. 989 is approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan the Investment Memorandum of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014. The memorandum establishes the main priorities of development of investment activity in the Republic of Tatarstan and is directed on realization of a strategic objective of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan – formation of bases (contours) of economy of the future, economy of knowledge, that is economy which will allow to provide further improvement of quality of life of the population to level of the international standards on the basis of sustainable dynamic development of the Tatarstan economy and as a result to come to a trajectory of development of the leading countries of the world.

By the Russian Federation government resolution from December 10, 2013 No. 1141 the power on coordination of activity of public authorities on providing the stable development of monoprofile settlements of the Russian Federation (monotowns) are transferred to the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. Earlier these powers were in the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation.
The federal list of monotowns nowadays includes 7 monotowns of the Republic of Tatarstan: Naberezhnye Chelny, Chistopol, Zelenodolsk, Mendeleevsk, Yelabuga, Nizhnekamsk and Kamsky Glades urban-type settlement.

On December 19, 2013 the Multipurpose center of providing the state and municipal services had been opened in the Tukay municipal region of the Republic of Tatarstan (23 Marshal Zhukov st.,Naberezhnye Chelny).
Rasim Asylgarayev the head of Executive committee of the Tukay municipal region of the Republic of Tatarstan, Guzel Russkaya the director of regional MFC, heads of rural settlements of the area, Natalya Barkova the head of public administration methodology department of the Ministry of Economics, Ilvira Puzyreva the director of Authorized MFC in the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the opening ceremony.
The multipurpose center was opened in the repaired room. The funds for capital repairs were appropriated from the republican budget for an order of Rustam Minnikhanov the President of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan resolution No. 1000 from 17.12.2013 approved the state program of the Republic of Tatarstan "Development of information and communication technologies in the Republic of Tatarstan "Open Tatarstan" for 2014 - 2020".
The purpose of the program is to introduce and use widely informational, communication and innovative technologies in all fields of activity, to create of indivisible information society of the Republic of Tatarstan and to integrate the Republic of Tatarstan into global information society.
The realization of program actions will allow by 2020to achieve:
- to increase the efficiency of public administration and local government, interaction of civil society and business with public authorities, to increase the quality and efficiency of providing the state services;
- to form the modern information and telecommunication infrastructure in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan, to provide on its basis of high-quality services and high availability level of information and technologies to the population;

On December 20, 2013 meeting of Coordination council on compensation, the income and a population standard of living took place at the Republican tripartite commission on regulation of the social and labor relations (Koorsovet) which coordinator is the Minister of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov. Koorsovet was spent by the first deputy minister of work, employment and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan Ayrat Chasanoff. From the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan the head of development of branches of the social sphere, the member Koorsoveta Natalya Prozorova took part in meeting.

On December 19, 2013 the meeting of the Government of the Russian Federation took place. There wereconsidered the question "About an Assessment of Executive Authorities’ Activity Efficiency of memebers of the Russian Federation following the results of 2012 and Distribution of Grants in the form of the Interbudgetary Transfers".
It is the third time when the Republic of Tatarstan takes the lead in a rating of members of the Russian Federation on indicators of an assessment of executive authorities’ activity efficiency.

On Monday, December 23, 2013, “The businessman of year: Gold hundred – 2013" contest winners will be announced in Kazan. The event will take place in a unique format of an expert talk-show with participation of Bari Alibasov Jr.the known Russian business coach.
"Businessman of year: The gold one hundred – 2013" is held for the first time. The purpose of the contest is to stimulate business development and the small and medium business sphere of Tatarstan. The award promises to become the most prestigious in the small and medium business sphere in Tatarstan.

The Center of export support subordinated to the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan accepts applications for participation in the"EXPO-RUSSIA SERBIA 2014" International Industrial Exhibition which will take place from March 5th till March 7th, 2014 in the city of Belgrade (Serbia).
The purpose of the Exhibition is strengthening of political, economic, humanitarian and welfare connections between two countries.
The center of export support helps to pay the registration fee and an exhibition area cost. Flight and accommodation are at the expense of the company.

On December 17, "The territory of business is the territory of life" interregional forum for municipalities of the Volga federal district took place in the city of Kirov. It was organized by the Kirov area government with support of the Mikhail Babich Presidential plenipotentiary envoy to the Volga federal district, the monotowns modernization Working group under Government Commission on Economic Development and Integration, the "SUPPORT of RUSSIA" all-Russian public organization of small and medium business and Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization the Agency of Strategic Initiatives on Promotion of New Projects.
The heads of the municipalities having monoprofile structure of economy, and also businessmen participated in a forum on behalf of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Since January 1, 2014 according to Russian standard Order from 14.06.2013 No. 159 the new all-Russian municipalities’ territories rater comes into comes into effect.
The All-Russian Municipalities Territories Rater (AMTR) is a part of standardization national system of Russia and is intended to provide systematization and identification in municipalities and the settlements which are their parts of all territory of the Russian Federation, with reflection of local government structure and levels of the territorial organization.
Municipalities and the settlements which were their parts unite on members of the Russian Federation in which territory they are situated and further settle down in a sequence of federal districts.
