Since January 1, 2014 the new rater of municipalities’ territories comes into effect

Since January 1, 2014 according to Russian standard Order from 14.06.2013 No. 159 the new all-Russian municipalities’ territories rater comes into comes into effect.
The All-Russian Municipalities Territories Rater (AMTR) is a part of standardization national system of Russia and is intended to provide systematization and identification in municipalities and the settlements which are their parts of all territory of the Russian Federation, with reflection of local government structure and levels of the territorial organization.
Municipalities and the settlements which were their parts unite on members of the Russian Federation in which territory they are situated and further settle down in a sequence of federal districts.
Objects of classification municipalities’ territories are:
municipal districts;
city districts;
intracity municipalities of federal value cities;
city settlements;
rural settlements.
As part of the program, the Minister visited the Arsky Industrial Park, where he got acquainted with the current activities and long-term plans of the residents. During the inspection of the production facilities, Midkhat Shagiakhmetov held a substantive discussion with the heads of enterprises on capacity expansion and improving the efficiency of using the existing infrastructure.
Applications for the Start-Digital Technologies-1 competition (turn 2) are being accepted on the website of the Innovation Promotion Foundation until February 24. Individuals and legal entities, small business entities, can participate in it.
Rustem Mukhamedshin, Director of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in a large–scale event - the strategic session of the Association of Small and Medium-sized Businesses of the Republic of Tatarstan, which took place on January 30, 2026 in Kazan at the Entrepreneur's House.
